Is your company licensed and insured?
Yes! As required by law for personal transportation services, we are licensed with the Arizona Department of Transportation (Permit #51420) and carry the required commercial insurance. We are also permitted for service at Sky Harbor Airport.
What are your service hours?
Our standard service hours are 6 am to 11 pm 7 days a week (see pricing details for off-hours service - after 11 pm). Our reservation hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
How Do You Compare?
Enjoy your professional driver and ride in Lincoln Town Car comfort at rates much less than traditional Black Car services and in many cases less than shuttle and rideshare services. Rest assured your pickup will be on time (we always arrive a few minutes early) and enjoy a stress free trip since you'll be in the care of a highly trained professional driver with extensive knowledge of the valley. Call or email us for a quote. We also utilize live flight tracking with information direct from the plane for timely pickups - we know the ETA before the airport board! We are also permitted with Sky Harbor Airport and your car will be waiting for you at prearranged on the outer curb (bypassing long lines at the inner curb!). We'll even tell you what carousel your luggage is 'supposed' to be on before you land!
Can you accommodate a walker or wheelchair?
Yes, provided customer is able to enter and exit the vehicle without the walker/wheelchair. The wheelchair must be standard size and collapsible. We specialize in serving elderly clientele.
How do I pay?
Balance due at end of service and cash is the preferred payment method, we also accept all major credit cards (additional 4% transaction fee) or check. For service to the airport credit card payments are collected at pickup to avoid curbside delays at airport.
Do you transport pets?
For the sake of our customers with severe allergies we do not transport pets. We can offer referrals if requested.
Do you offer car seat service?
W do not offer car seat service and can provide referrals if requested.
